Aston Martin opens 66-story residential tower in Miami
Miami has welcomed a new addition to its skyline – a 66-story residential tower built by Aston Martin, marking the luxury carmaker’s entry into the real estate market. Aston Martin Residences Miami sits at the mouth of the Miami River on Biscayne Bay and comprises 391 units, including seven penthouses with private pools and terraces. The tower features amenities such as an infinity pool, fitness center, movie theaters, and a sky bar. The building’s structure is designed to withstand high winds and the challenges of a low-lying area prone to flooding. The residences were sold for prices ranging from $1.5 million to $59 million, and the property officially opened during the Formula One Miami Grand Prix. Bentley is also set to enter the residential property market with a 63-story building in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, featuring 216 units and an elevator designed for cars.
